YES Mentorship Program

YES is building a mentorship program rooted in what young people actually want — real connections, real conversations, and the freedom to set their own goals. Led by YES staff and alums, monthly group sessions will be youth-directed and cover themes young men identify with: relationships, navigating challenges, and defining success on their own terms.

(Each program area above is delivered with a trauma-informed, harm-reduction approach. “Nothing about us without us” is a guiding principle – youth voices inform every service we offer.)
